I'm a bilingual outreach and patient support professional who spends my days helping people understand things that can feel overwhelming: a medical referral, an enrollment form, a new program in their community.
Across healthcare, education, and community settings, my work comes back to one idea: meet people where they are, speak to them in the language they're most comfortable in, and stay with them until the next step feels clear. My background spans patient coordination, public health education, and community outreach, grounded by nursing coursework and clinical training that shape how I talk about health.

Build trusted relationships with individuals and families by explaining services, answering questions, and guiding them through enrollment, all while handling sensitive personal and financial information with care and confidentiality.
Managed organizational communications, website updates, and event announcements, maintaining administrative records with discretion to protect members' privacy.
Strengthened patient relationships and community visibility for a busy surgical practice, including interviewing patients about their experience and satisfaction.
Coordinated community outreach and public health education focused on prenatal, maternal, and child health for Dallas Healthy Start. Organized agendas, food, and travel for other Healthy Start programs that came to be mentored, and developed editorial educational materials within an assigned budget.
